i am a complete newbie ....i want to create a program for manpower deployment on every day basis...daily ,monthly and year wise..like for eg. i have 10 people and i hve to detail them about 30 duties a month that is 180 duties a year..if someone goes on a vacation others will share his duties of that month..and he will do the extra duties once he comes back from vacation..so that their duties are evenly distributed..what software should i use and how do i go about it....the program should also have an admin panel with password where i can i add new names of people newly recruited and and people going out..what should i use???
