Actually i do not use any anti-virus. Ive never had any problems with viruses, beleave it or not!

those guys are definitely the best at what they do... they provide a lot of protection services...
but of course, they arent free, their updates are daily (not so good for normal users(at least i think!)) and its sucks a lot of cpu and ram(i disable more than half of their services).
im not marketing for them.I think if you are paranoid about your protection, you should use more than one anti virus, and maybe change from windows os to linux or mac(which is all about security(or was(i think))).
