| For sometime now my web application is restarting all the time.My user session is getting expired and then I have to go back to the login page. May be this is happening when changes are being effected to the .cs files in the web app. Is this because of the web app recompiling?

| I do not really know because I am not very experienced in Visual Studio. I have used it before with my friends though.

| Is this happening on development environment or production. If in development, it may happen because people are working on the code and modifying assemblies or config files.

| Could also be that the host is recycling the pools to fast. Have them check IIS and make syre the recycle policy is set to like 24 hours. A good coded site shouldnt need to reycle but once every 24 hours.
