Pretty much an easy thing to do. Making a picture as background can be done either in your HTML or CSS page. It would be much more semantic way if you put it in your CSS file page. This way the webpage loads faster and if people would look into your page and try to check out how you code it, they could see clean and neat codes using Firebug!

Yes this is very easy format!!! I totally agreed with rajeeva, he had given a perfect code!! Try to do like this!! Just you have to put
body background image format well,Rest of the code you know very well!!
