What do you plan on using frames for?
While you can achieve some interesting things with frames, nowadays they're considered "out." They're rarely used in this Web 2.0 world, with the exception of iFrames. Just trying to save you some time

| Yea Frames cause numerous problems with opening windows inside of windows. You really never see a website anymore with frames at least not the bigger traffic sites.. I would stay away from them if possible.

| I would also agree, you should stay away from frames. There are lots of ways to do want you need to do, with out using frames.

I would recommend not using frames
Try using div instead
