| Can anyone suggest me good hosting with foreign keys functionality in MySQL. My current host provider doesn't provide InnoDB or Barkeley engines. Customer Support says these engines are unstable and I should consider using their dedicated server.

Yea you are going to run into that a lot with hosting companies. Really if you are running scripts and such that require admin level tweaks to the PHP you should be running your own server. You can find pretty cheap Vps's nowadays that will allow you to set up PHP however you require.
If knowledge is power, someone give me a book!
